Meet Lauren and Wolfgang Vogl

We are Wolfgang and Lauren Vogl, a husband and wife real estate team located in Southern California. Wolfgang worked in commercial real estate in Los Angeles before moving to Ventura County and joining Lauren on the residential side. We've been in residential for over 12 years, working mostly in the markets of Ventura, Oxnard and Camarillo.

We have benefited from the power of real estate and are passionate about helping others own real estate as well. Our clients value us because we know real estate and we always act and advise them with their best interests in mind.

In addition to helping clients buy and sell properties, we do renovations of our personal residences and we are currently on our third project. Our personal experiences handling multiple renovations locally and out of state help us guide clients through the process. On our first project, an original 50s beach house that we took down to the studs inside and out, we did most of the work ourselves, giving us a unique perspective of all facets of a home renovation. We are better able to spot red flags and opportunities for our clients due to our renovation experiences. Our eye for design and value helps clients prepare their home for sale and achieve the highest return on investment.

In our free time, we enjoy coaching our kids' sports teams, working in the garden, playing a variety of sports, and cooking.
