E. Wolfgang Vogl 

Wolfgang was born in Santa Monica and raised in Los Angeles.  After attending Loyola High School and UC Santa Barbara, Wolfgang moved back to Los Angeles and began his career in real estate.  Wolfgang moved to the Las Posas Estates after marrying Lauren, a Ventura county native, and eventually they settled in Hollywood Beach.   In his free time, Wolfgang enjoys golf, surfing and cooking.  

  

Lauren Vogl 

Lauren moved to the Las Posas estates as a young child.  After graduating from Pomona College, Lauren traveled the world and lived a few years in Santa Monica before returning home to the Las Posas Estates and commencing her real estate career.  She and Wolfgang share their Hollywood Beach home with their daughter, Vivienne.  Lauren's interests include interior and landscape design, gardening, yoga and tennis. 

 

Jaime Salvail 

Jamie, a Las Posas Estates resident for 25 years and counting, provides graphic design and photo retouching for all postcards, property fact sheets and other marketing pieces.  With more than 20 years of experience in the graphic design world, Jamie makes sure your home is shown in its best light.

Oxnard Beach and Marina

Oxnard Beach is located between Port Hueneme and Ventura, about 60 miles from Los Angeles.  The Oxnard Beach housing market includes beach homes in Hollywood Beach, Silver Strand, Hollywood by the Sea and Oxnard Shores along with dockside homes in Mandalay Bay, Seabridge and Westport.  Oxnard Beach is special among beach towns from Santa Monica to Santa Barbara because it is located luxuriously far from well traveled highways and freeways.  In Oxnard Beach, one does not have to hope the waves will drown out the feverish hum of passing cars.  

The effort it takes to get to Oxnard Beach and thus its relative obscurity allows for both pristine, sparsely attended beaches even at the height of summer holiday season and outstanding real estate values compared to other beachside communities in Southern California.  Single family homes range from $450,000 to $7,000,000.

 

The ​Las Posas Estates consists of roughly 1000 homes on lots ranging from 1/2 acre to over 5 acres.  The oldest houses date back to the 1960s.  Prices range from $650K to $2MM.  Mature landscaping and unexpected privacy distinguish the homes of Las Posas Estates.  

Spanish Hills is located adjacent to the Las Posas Estates.  The homes are sited on 1+ acre lots sprinkled alongside the highly regarded Spanish Hills Country Club.  The roughly 200 homes, built in the 1990s and 2000s, range in size from 4,000 square feet to over 12,000 square feet.  The beautiful, immaculately landscaped estates of Spanish Hills are priced from $1.5MM to over $5MM. 

Bella Vista is a prestigious gated community of 50 estate sized homes on 1+ acre parcels also adjacent to the Las Posas Estates. Beyond the beautiful gated entry lies an oasis of fine homes and beautiful gardens.  Bella Vista properties average roughly 5,000 square feet and generally trade from $1.5MM to $2.5MM.  Like Spanish Hills, Bella Vista's custom homes were built in the 1990s and 2000s.
